What we collect

• Contact/demo form submissions: name, email, and whatever you write in the message - sent to our team as an email. Not currently stored in a database beyond that sent email.
• If you sign in to use live chat: your email, name, and Keycloak profile fields, plus your IP address and country, recorded on each sign-in. If you send a chat message, that message and thread are stored securly for reference.

How we use it

To respond to your contact/demo request, and to run the live chat feature (routing your messages to our team, showing your name/origin to the team member replying). We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

These are the real third parties involved, not a hypothetical list:

• Keycloak SSO (self-hosted, operated by IT Solutions EU) - authentication for live chat.
• Cloudflare - network routing/TLS for core.itsolutionseu.com, and sending contact/demo form emails.

Chat data (threads/messages, sign-in records) is visible to our own internal team via our admin dashboard - it isn't shared outside IT Solutions EU.

Data retention - the honest state of this today

There is currently no formal, automated data retention or deletion schedule for chat/sign-in data. Contact/demo form submissions aren't stored beyond the sent email. Deleting your account or requesting a data export is currently handled as a manual request, not a self-service feature - email us and we'll action it directly.

Cookies

If you sign in for live chat, one session cookie keeps you signed in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
