Signing in (Keycloak SSO, including Google sign-in) is only needed to use the live chat widget - browsing the site and reading about services doesn't require an account. Signing in records a sign-in event and starts a real chat thread with our team if you send a message - see the Privacy Policy for exactly what's captured.
Submitting the contact or demo form sends an email to our team with the details you provide. This is not a payment or ordering system - it's a request for us to get in touch with you.
This is an informational and contact site, not a monitored/paid product - we don't make uptime or response-time guarantees for this site itself. Actual IT services delivered to a client are governed by that client's own separate agreement, not by these terms.
